Our purpose is to document credible concerns about promoter compliance, identify repeated patterns and ask whether the BBBofC consistently investigates and enforces its own regulations. Where there is evidence of apparent inaction, we aim to seek explanations and appropriate scrutiny.
We will not assume a promoter has broken the rules or that the BBBofC has knowingly allowed misconduct. Reports require verification, and the parties concerned should have a fair opportunity to respond before any public allegation is made.
